Highly looking forward to this new lunacy...it's about time Psychoville had some competition....though I really miss Andy Millman...really wonder if he and Maggie ended getting married and settling in Paleo, Maggie being a housewife and Andy opening his own piaya restaurant.
I read somewhere there's a bit more Doctor Who bashing in this series. Ricky Gervais does seem to have it in for poor old Who, he was having digs at in Extras too.
Barry from EastEnders! It will be interesting to see the show; the trailer, at least superficially, looks a lot like 'Extras'.
You can't go far wrong with Barry from EastEnders, Cheggers and Les Dennis in the same room.
Gervais told an audience at the MediaGuardian Edinburgh Television Festival that a "spinoff" with the show's minor characters was a serious consideration.
"I want to do a spinoff with Les Dennis, Keith Chegwin and Shaun Williamson. They are brilliant. Not ironically. They are brilliant naturalist actors," he insisted.
Ooo. That'd be a treat. Can he be BarryoffEastEnders?
Any news yet on when this will be shown? We seem to have been hearing about it for ever.
