I already know how not to write a sitcom so I'm afraid this course wouldn't be of much use to me...

Ah yes. That old gag...

A couple more spaces still for Saturday August 6th.

Pleased also to announce that the script that I script edited "EYE CAPTAIN" by Matthew Comras is in the final four of Sitcom Mission and will be performed live on Monday at the Diorama Theatre in the Euston Road, up that London.

HI All.
THere are two more places available for next Saturdays How NOT to write sitcom one day course.
Don't be fooled by this good weather now....

If interested, pm me on marcgblake@hotmail.co.uk

Delighted to say that Saturday was a great success so now there's more people out there who DO know how to do it. Luckily I have broken their wrists (sitcom 'hobbling') to hold them back.

If you too wish to get ahead of the idiots who don't know how its all done the next workshop is SAturday September 24th. Ta

Where do I sign?!

I was surprised tonight when watching Last Of The Summer Wine, that the first 8 mins or so was taken up completely, by the characters reminiscing about the women in their youth. Anyone else submitting the first ten pages written like that, would be rejected and the reason....'show don't tell'. Which confirms what I've said before. Rules only apply to rejected scripts. :)

As with most things, you've to prove your worth first.

Why?

Why?

Cos (and in the words of Run DMC) 'It's like that, and that's the way it is... Huh!'
