'Arthur'.

Terry it'll be fine trust me.

Carrie on Film4. I always forget John Travolta's in it. Although he is.

Tried watching the first episode of V earlier. It was like a competition to see how many clichés they could fit into 45 mins. Might watch some more but it wasn't great.

The Specialist - it's so bad it's good. Well, entertaining, anyway.

I'm watching on ITV1+1, so don't spoil it for me!

If you're talking about the remake, I suggest stopping now. You will lose nothing and gain many hours of time to do other things.

Is the original better? I'd happily watch that. I didn't know much about the story, was quite surprised to see it's a David Icke inspired hoopla.

The First episode is the best of the 9 I seen.

>_< I'll give up whilst I'm ahead then.

The original is a true classic, but you may find it's dated badly.

It also pre-dates Icke's breakdown by a few years.

The new V was pretty awful. The first episode was sort of OK, then it seemed to be in a pattern of trying to make the next episode worse than the one before. It clogged up our DVR for wayyy too long.

Will see if I can find it anywhere. I see it started off as a mini-series. Should be just like watching a long film.

After the first episode finished, my beloved and I turned to each other to ask simultaneously if we should watch the next one. It was a pretty abrupt 'no' on both counts.
