The afternoon lady today is lovely. She kept just holding pieces of clothing up to me and saying "Oh but it'd be so nice on you!". Slightly mental, but very lovely. Also I was all happy because the person who donated the house plants also kindly wrote out instructions for caring for them. <3

Spent the best part of today buying plants for two border areas in my garden that were sad and neglected, nothing in the garden but grass till today. Got back, gave the soil a good digging over, and planted about 10 plants...very proud of the result though...two huge raw patches now on my palms despite wearing gloves...makes it look like I have stigmata.
Today-a Leevil is gonna talka ina mostly-a italino accenta. Although-a it-a is-a nearlio halfa PASTA eighta, so-a has-a gotta fit-o quite-a lotta in-a short-a space-a.
Went for a ruby with the old dear earlier and had a Bombay Jalfrezi. Lovely stuff. I need to go and buy some Coke now.

If you dug your grass into your flower bed you will never get rid of the grass. it will grow as a weed between your flowers...
