Yes I knew 12, well couldn't quite remember but I knew it lol, and I think 15. is Greasy Spoon. They use that expression in the US too, though I found it hard to locate one when I was there in the posh bit of PA!
And I was going to guess 14. as Saffron. (But it very expensive so not sure about dye)
