My car was scrapped about 10 years ago. But, leaks and stuff are quite common in cars be worth pulling up the carpet and seeing where it's coming in from. If it's boot I'm guessing the rubber seal isn't quite aligned correctly.

Nah, not as central, or pointy. Looks like it could be the Eye but in a different place and lower down. Perfect half circle (perhaps whole circle but I can't see bottom half)

I am seeing it from Northerly East London, so facing Canary Wharf almost directly. Twinkly circle is to my left of Canary Wharf but not near enough teh area to be part of those buildings. But not far enough left to be near Olympic Stadium, cannot work out where or what it is.
