It started about that size... as a pilot.
Also my outside wall now has a mystery carved circle in it which archealogists of the future can ponder over and attribute to mysterious rites of passage, but its actually where I mistakenly started the outside->in drilling in a hole which was not the real pilot hole.
But holding up that heavy drill at head height for so long today has knackered me so I'm orf to bed very soon now.

The youngsters are, but I'm very oooold and more used to the old systems.
Anyway our systems are still all muddled up, We buy petrol by the litre, but speed signs are in Miles per hour and we still usually talk of Miles per gallon not Miles (or Kilometes) per litre.
I never understand the litre system. I just fill the bloody thing up and hope for the best. Remember when it was 3/6 a gallon (sigh).
I'm old so I'm with ya.
[secret old guy code]I'm drinking a 12-ounce bottle of beer in the 99F sun about 1/8 of a mile from my house. [/secret old guy code]

You sound like my sort of girl !
If I put more than £5 in in the 60s it would be up round my ankles when I was driving !
Anyone that uses km instead of miles is a douche.
That's right, I said douche.
