You make a good point, I must concede that as disgusting and sickening as this mans actions are, and as suspicious as I am as for his real motives in requesting this material, we cannot deny him, or anyone, access to see the evidence against them as part of the right to fair trial and right to defend himself in court.

He certainly shouldn't be allowed to question the victims, and you have to wonder what sort of private investigator would agree to work with him and review/watch the video's with him.

Surely that can't happen?
It can happen by the looks of it, under the 6th ammendment, the accused can confront the witnesses in a trial, albeit the judge can strike certain questions.
