Just given up on the first episode of Improvisation My Dear Watson before getting to the first break. It's awful. Anyone else watch?

I did
but it was late & I wasn't paying attention.
I was almost impressed by the superimposed cartoony bits

Just realised England Ladies playing quarter final of the World Cup on BBC2. Missed the first half though.

Old shooting stars

Samantha Janus is on

* rubs thighs frantically *

I don't really fancy Sam Jan that much, although she is obviously good looking. But I used to love her as Mandy, not really the um slutty thing TBH but maybe the vulnerability of her character?

It never sounds good when a bloke describes the vulnerability of a girl as an attractive feature...

Oh God I was the same

head over heals I was

It's so weird watching Shooting Stars repeats. It doesn't feel that old to me, (although I'm sure I was watching it when I was about 15, so it must be).
The other day Stephen Fry was on it and he looked so thin and young! Just like he looked in A Bit Of Fry & Laurie. Then I discovered the two shows are actually from the same era. Does not feel right! I think of them as being decades apart.

Ha, I think that sounds okay! As long as you're not talking about a 12 year old heroin addict.

Well in this instance I wasn't. :)

League of Extraordinary Gentleman.

Its dreadful.

The Club singer round still kills me

dont understand why they always had boring tossers like Chris Rea on though

Tracy Emin on Room 101

I've always found Tracy quite foxy

Do I need my head testing???

Yes.

A couple of comments are on 'The consolidated footy thread'

Lofthouse; she reminds me of Billy Piper?

Regarding 'Candy Girls Club' why is everything with women 'candy'?

EDIT

Some bits aren't as good. Though there is a lovely bit with Sean singing his favourite song.

I Just switched to it but I think a car alarm has just gone off.
