It's an advertising placement scheme we're trying out - it's not worknig too well.
Any feedback on our re-launch? Page 17
I wanted to report a missing child from Birminghan, but they couldn't cope with that not being in Alabama. That kind of complacency got Sharon Shoesmith off.
British Guide = British Ads!
But what if Dabutt needs to report a missing child!
He drinks milk doesn't he?
Ha. Do they still do that?
Can't always see emoticons in posts. Not a big deal but does confuse when people reply only with a smiley, looks like a blank post.
It maybe my crappy Android device. Where the problem only occurs. Could it be my screens resolution or summink? I'm using Opera Mini but it does it on every other Android browser I have installed.
Could very well be in relation to Android's processing of small images, yes. I've an iPad and whilst I haven't experienced anything quite like that, it does have a few quirks with element display at some levels of zoom.

Say what?!
Like I say, it's no big issue. I normally have to quote a post to see what emoticon has been used. But I can live with that.
Well I didn't pay for it, obviously.
That's okay then
Didn't there used to be a log out button at the top of the page? If there was, I miss it.

Sorry, it's disappeared for some people (with nicknames over 6 letters) to make way for the social media buttons. We're trying to get "with it" as all the cool kids say.
Hardly anyone used that link anyway... you only need to bother to logout if you're on a shared computer (the forum will show you as 'offline' after a short period of inactivity or when you close your browser, so don't worry about that).
For yourself, the sign out is actually no more clicks away than before. Just click your name then the door button (as opposed to 'logout' then the 'OK' button).
Hope that's ok Chip
I always log off, even on my own unshared laptop! It's tidier.
Do you retype your email and password every time too?

Of course.
