But somehow more soul destroying, I can't help thinking. Dating sites have given me less faith in finding love and all that b*ll*x, not more! It's a lot more tedious, frustrating, irritating, time wasting and pointless.
I know loads of couples that have met on-line, and they are all very happy.
Why waste time hoping to bump into the love of your life, when you can use a filter to weed out anyone unsuitable?
I encourage single friends to try it, not in a 'pushy' way, but more in a 'shut up moaning about being single and get yourself a boyfriend' kinda way.
Yeah Gav, get yourself a boyfriend!
I went on a date with a girl I met online once. I wouldn't again. Just wasn't great.

Poor girl. She told me all about it.
I have tried this, well in the past, of the 3 guys they all expected a shag-fest.
Very disappointed, but 20 yrs on surely online stuff can be good?
I do recommend it to my son, who will not try it.
I have met some interesting people on facebook, with protracted conversations.
I did it. I bloody did it.
Bit fiddly, the old profile filling part. I just hope I haven't scared anyone off.
I generally boasted of my all-round awesomeness, stated what I'm looking for in a lady and added the 'Please don't message me in text speak....I hate it!' line.
No messages yet as of 4.30pm. This is shite!
Link?!
I want to see!
Hmmm....I'm not sure it's wise to publish the link. It's not fit for polite company like you lot.
Pm me it. I promise not to share the link and I'm super nice (despite what Chip might think)!
I wanna seee.
Me and Nat could tell you how good it is! From a laydee's point of view.
This could be embarrassing. It could be the end of my BCG career.
Good luck, TB!
