I can't tell from that photo; they look a bit like nerines or agapanthus. Do you have a photo of the leaves? Did you grow them from seed or bulb/corm/tuber? When did you plant them? How big are they; are they fragrant?

My curly parsley is starting to go curly! One day I'll get a little herb garden. One day. One day.

It looks just like one of the plants in my garden, but I don't know what that is either, so that's no help.
