I watched half of American Splendor last night.

In which Robert Crumb is portrayed. But much better to watch the real thing in Crumb. He and his brothers will astonish you. True eccentrics and they seemed to have no desire for material possessions (apart from a record collection of blues music).

i got to the next stage in the big brother audtions heres my video, I NAILED IT!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW1-tyD4qAs&

I Love You Phillip Morris. I'm sure I detected some homosexual references.

Very good though, and quite sad really.

I do keep meaning to watch that.

I had very low expectations when I borrowed it from the library last week. But what a film. His two unusual brothers (who seem to be too sane) steal the show. And Crumb himself appears to have never sold out. Interesting to hear he hated the Fritz the Cat film and the music of The Grateful Dead.

Good luck I will watch everything, whens it on?? :D

Funny Games U.S.. Pointless remake, but still as grimly compelling as the original.

Donnie Darko. Thats 2 hours I'm not getting back.

Donnie Darko is an all-time classic :)

I've just watched 'Burn After Reading'. Allegedly a comedy, I found it to be more of a mystery; the mystery being how this shite got a 7.2 rating on IMDB.

I liked that film. Especially the surprising bit in the closet. Ouch. (Don't spoiler it!)

That was pretty cool :) (A rare highlight surrounded by a sea of mediocrity)

Ha. I don't feel the need to watch it again, to be honest.

Coen brothers + drama = good. Coen brothers + comedy = not so good.
