I doubt it was Bros. They were late 80s. I was in the UK for much of the 90s and kept hearing that bloody shit-hop cover version of Sting's Every Breath You Take by Sean Puff Daddy/Diddy Combes and whoever the girl singer was. George Michael and Elton John also had a popular duet, but maybe it was very late 80s.
