Bullies. I mean FFS I'm leaving in five weeks time but can he leave me alone to do my job for that short period? No. He demands updates on where I am and rather than doing his job, once he has the latest spreadsheet he's emailing minions to email people to ask for information for which I've already asked.

Put a complaint in? Or is he one of those slimy devils who stay just within the rules?

Punch someone else in the chuff to compensate. I vote Nil. :)

That is like, so hurtful, Badge.

*offers up chuff for punching*

Nil gets paid to punch people in the chuff so is prejudiced.

This is the one that I've mentioned before. I have complained to the line manager but she's is useless. I will raise it informally with her tomorrow and if she does nothing throw it up to HR as I'm not putting up with it. Worse case scenario, I may find it so stressful that I have to go off sick until I leave...

I do it only for the love of punching chuff, no money changes hands.

Take it straight to HR and make a formal complaint.

Then punch everyone in the chuff!

Ah Nil. I will decline. I will go and find some vodka to add to my soda instead. And start working on the next interview prep.

Then put a complaint about her not supporting you instead, say you didn't feel supported to take a grievance out against him?

I am honestly not a bolshy barrack room lawyer pain in the arse at work.

If it comes to it I will but I'm still going to request an exit interview with the director of HR as he needs to know how these clowns are behaving. And its only going to get worse with the cutbacks in staffing.

Go online and buy a cheap covert body cam. Film her shit behaviour and complain to the highest authority with the threat of giving the footage to the media.

Tricky....

you could lose a lot and win not much.

I need the line manager's signature on a bit of paper as part of the outplacement and I'm wondering whether I'm being pushed to pick a fight. Its the sort of thing they would do.

This is a terrible idea. You really need to get TV's Dom Littlewood to do that for you.

Best not, eh?

Unless Dom gets punched in the chuff. I'd watch that.

I'm usually the person on the other side of the desk...

Seriously this is the worst advice in the world.

And unless you both agree to record material it's inadmissable and potentially a gross misdemeanor and harrasment.

Also pointless. It's not a court of law it's not reasonable doubt. You only need to prove probable and that maybe just one person agreeing with you.

Not going there. I will refrain from opening the work email until I get into the office and merely ping off the new and updated version of the spreadsheet, which I told him he would get tomorrow, and make him look like the arse that he is because in one day I have reduced the number of queries by two thirds and counting simply by going through the records with the admin staff rather than firing off random emails.

Thanks chaps for the advice. Still rather exhausted by life at sea so retreating to bed.
