Why do cars even go that fast? If it's illegal unless on a race track, and 99% of cars aren't race cars, what's the point?
And if it's not illegal unless on a race track, then it should be. None of this 'if I'm on my property I should be able to drive as fast as I want, boo hoo' crap.
