That sounds like my nightmare sandwich!
Fish should never be between bread. Jesus would have disagreed though.

Can work if the bread's toasted...I think Jesus ate bread and fish but seperately... and took sips of water in between.
Jesus gave me the recipe actually.
aww he's a top fella
I wonder if Jesus ever found the face of Jesus in anything.
Aside from shiny reflective objects.
I had a great crawfish po' boy at the music festival a few weeks ago. It was perfect.
*googles po' boy*
Oh, is just a bread roll.
It's essential a New Orleans submarine sandwich: French bread and either sausage, fried crawfish or fried shrimp. They make 'em good in Louisiana and so-so elsewhere.

I'll have a sausage one without the fishies.

Smoked salmon bagels are extremely popular and extremely nice. Prefer them without the cream cheese though. I recommend, but haven't had in years, a fishcake in a bun, from the chippy, with ketchup. Surprisingly good!
And prawn sandwiches are very popular with coorporate football ticket holders in their executive boxes. And MaCDonalds certainly used to do a fish burger. 'A fillet O Fish for my vife.' Imo they do go together quite well, but you have to like fish. Fresh is key, so they obviously don't make fantastic shop sandwiches.
Sausage sandwich this morning, with mustard, English of course.

I don't like fish at all but I enjoy shrimp and crawfish if they're fried and breaded with some spicy seasonings. They taste great on a sandwich and even better if you're munching it on the streets of New Orleans.

His alphabet soup did once spell the name of Elijah I believe.

Never had a fish finger sandwich with tartare?
I love fish but never took advantage of eating it in a sandwich in my meat eating days. Unless prawn cocktail crisps count?
What is the best thing to have with Ham?
I've bought some nice Butchers Ham recently but I've never been sure what would compliment it best.
I've tended to go with a spot of Mustard, but I'm thinking Tomato & Pepper, Cucumber, or just a bit of Branston.
Am I missing a good one?
Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeese.
