Are severe droughts common there? I could have venison delivered to my door nightly as the starving/thirsty deer are walking up into our yards to eat shrubs and flowers and drink from the sprinklers.

Godammit I thought I needed to change it more and I don't so that's thrown off my day plan and now I have too much time to think about how terrifying it is. I don't have my outfit planned either. GAH.

Not common, but they do happen. Last time for the ban was a few years ago.
It looked as if we might be short of water this year too, but there has been quite a lot of rain this month.
