1. All of them. Well, early on he was very much a red wine man, but later it was vodka.
2. The Bubonic Plagiarist, David Frost. The famous friends were Prince Andrew and Fergie (the ginger National Disgrace, not the Black-Eyed Peas' Other National Disgrace).
3. Depended what mood you caught him in. "One Leg Too Few" was the one he always went back to though.
