I've given up wheat and dairy to see if I'm intolerent to one the other. This makes me sad.

I am thinking about doing this, although just wheat. But, but I am Leevil: Sandwich Monster. How the f**k I'm going to manage it I have no idea. I had a sandwich for my lunch and no ill effects yet though. *fingers crossed*

The Bread Shop do very nice spelt bread, which is very low in gluten.

Isn't wheat and dairy intolerance just made up faddy bollocks? No offence to anyone if it does really exist and is an actual problem. ;)

Yes, the crippling 24-hour long stomach pains I get from drinking milk are my imagination. ;)

Just wait for the satsuma intolerance to kick in, chip!

Wouldn't it be better to try a couple of weeks without one then without the other if the first doesn't work? Cutting out both at once seems silly if you suspect only one to be the culprit!

Tis a good point... but I like to go at things the hard way. :)

You can buy wheat free bread. :)

Because if it's only milk then you could be enjoying bread etc.! <3 bread.

You still veggie-ellie?

Are you sure that's not a psychosomatic response to something distressing in your life you're refusing to face up to? ;)

I know but it's expensive and small and flimsy.

Nope... Christmas dinner ruined that.

I haven't eaten wheat or dairy all day yet I still have that bloated feeling. I wonder if it will take a couple of days.

Ha. Some kind of bad experience with a cow, you mean?

Yeaaah. You'll still have wheat/dairy in your system right now.
