Couldn't agree more ... phone calls are easily ignored (or they can just put the phone down on you) but a letter passes around a number of folk, so not so easily binned.
Someone asked me to give them a tip for the Epsom Derby today. I know nothing about the gee-gees (but plenty about the Bee-Gees) so just picked the first name I saw on the list- Pour Moi at 5/1.
They've just inboxed me on FB and said 'Thanks for the tip....I won £500 on it!'.
I didn't bet on it.

Just had breakfast in Clarksville, Arkansas. Looks like a tornado hit the town last week, there's a lot of damage. I just read that the town's tornado siren was damaged by the twister.
