Animation and sound is good. Not sure about content didn't make me laugh. Butthat's not really a bad thing I don't laugh at anything. Be nicer to have a lil news jungle though. 
It looks fine. I just didn't get the joke.

Are you intentionally not putting the expected joke in? "The police say... when they catch them there'll be hell toupée"? If so, I'm not sure it works.

Pretty much. Except I thought "Police say they'll be combing the area!" was the more typical punch-line (not that it matters).
This sketch may not work. Ho hum. Next time prehaps.

In this case there wasn't much hard work involved as the character and set were from an old cartoon of mine.
I like the sketch (I do have a weird sense of humour). Hopefully someone else will like it too, but it's not a tragedy if it's just a sketch for me.
I liked it.
I think it's too subtle for the funny in 15 competition but you could maybe find another use for it.
