You gotta check his credentials first before letting him in. 
Electricity meters are often in the cupboard under the stairs (if any) or near the front of the house.
I'm in a swanky hotel in Soho, so are JLS. Tell my husband I will be late home.

Is nowhere near as pissed off as I felt a few days ago. Got the works summer do coming up this Saturday and then a week off. Heaven.
