Look out for the episode with Uncle Jack in, played by Martin Short. Very funny, even by AD's high standards.

And the only time when the 'next week on'...preview has been a genuine preview.

Some great guest stars. One of the first couple of eps in season 2 has Ed Helm prior to The Office and Hangover films.
Just been watching season 3 of this again and really enjoying it. At the time I always felt there was a dip in quality from the previous 2 seasons, but haven't really felt that this time round. I've even enjoyed the Wee Britain stuff and the Charlize Theron cameo.
Charlize Theron is brilliant in it.
I don't really get why some didn't like the Wee Britain stuff.
"Oh no, me fags are wet."
I loved it all the way through
Ten episode fourth series AND a movie?!

It won't happen; but imagine if it did. And it was good.
Showtime and Netflix interested in producing the new series:

No A.D fans? It's one of the greatest sitcoms ever, (IN GOB VOICE)COME ON!
"Hurwitz announced the news while attending the cast's reunion at the New Yorker Festival earlier today.
Will Arnett, who played George Bluth II on the show, later confirmed via Twitter: "I'm peeing with @batemanjason at the moment..and we can confirm that we are going to make new AD eps and a movie."
Jason Bateman (Michael Bluth) also tweeted: "It's true. We will do 10 episodes and the movie. Probably shoot them all together next summer for a release in early '13. VERY excited!"
I'm double extra excited.
Yesterday, after announcing their plans for more episodes and a film:
Ah - I await this with so much excitement. A brittle, intricately plotted, fast and unsentimental sitcom. The funniest US sitcom ever, in my humble opinion. I look forward to more scenes of Lindsay and Lucille allowing their deep seeded mother-daughter issues spiral into chaos over cocktails!
It's been confirmed, Netflix are producing the new episodes of Arrested Development, to debut in early 2013.
Star Jason Batemen tweeted this:
"Netflix is gassing up the staircar! I don't think I've ever been happier to wear a pair of khakis."
Hurrah!
