The Queen's visit to Ireland

As one of the few Irish posters here I just wanted to wish the Queen best of luck on her visit to Ireland. I am a proud Irishman but I have no issue with her visit. Failte Romhat.

I believe I once got you mixed up with Chopz, and accused you of having a posh English accent.
I do apologize.

No need to apologise zooo. I just assumed your accent radar was gone a little askew :D Chopz and I both have foxlike profile pics though so I can see how you would have got us mixed up. My fox howls with an Irish accent though. :D

That was Godot Taxis.

I second what Otterfox says, and think we can safely say we speak for the majority of Irish people.

Wonder if she'll be given an apology for Blue only receiving 6 points? ;)

As an Englishman I'm proud to say that she's not f**king welcome back.

Blue were beaten by Jedward! Maybe the big pics of themselves at the start and lyrics of a reunion didn't help. It wasn't exactly a Take That kind of response was it!

I'm not commenting on the political aspects of the visit, but I enjoyed some Irish bloke on the news saying 'I'm not interested in anything Windsor has to say about Ireland.....'.

:)

I didn't know there were only 3 people in Ireland. What's the other guy like?

Apparently, Windsor bought an iPad recently.

I hope a British president visits a united Ireland one day.

Article here in which leading political thinker Morrisey demands that 'the Queen hand back the six counties.'

Although not a fan of the monarchy I think he has confused the constitutional powers of the British crown with Narnia.
