I'm really anxious tonight and quite miserable.
Hope you are feeling better this morning. I was in a similar mindframe last night, the first time in a while (at least without proportionate cause). I am feeling more together today, but thankfully as I have swung a day at home, I do not have face the world.
These things always pass, but it is good therapy rather than brushing causes under the carpet and waiting for feelings to subside, to think about what is preying in your mind, what circumstances are beyond your control, what you brought on yourself, how much is really your responsibility, what positive action you can take to ensure you don't repeat the same errors, and, most importantly, what the funny side is and where you can laugh at yourself.
Everyone is f**ked up, a lot of people just seem not realise it. Being sensitive is what gives you your edge, makes you smarter and more perceptive, and gives you the capacity to realise how ludicrous you are - run with that, be kind to yourself and try to treat yourself with the same amused affection you display to others.
I suspect I may be writing this more for my benefit than yours, but hey, if it helps...
