You can take B12 or iron tabs' as supplement, you will be very tired if are anaemic.
I have pernicious anaemia so know all about it, I have to have injections every month Huh?

I can't take iron tablets. They make me nauseas. I can't tolereate the bastards.

I've been tested recently and the anaemia seems to be gone, but I'm still exhausted all the time. :(

Just eaten a blackberry & apple Nutri-Grain bar.

:) Well done, you should'nt be tired though sure they did full blood tests?

Just got back from an outing to one of the local Mexican places for a Mothers/Birthday celebration. I had brisket gorditas and bad Mexican beer.

The brisket gorditas sound great, but the bad beer? Well, just how bad was it??

My husband's family are masters of bad beer. I'm sure it's one they love.

It was Negra Modelo. Not terrible but better than Corona, Tecate and the typical BudMillerCoors offerings.

They love Corona, and any type of Miller...really anything on draft night. yuck.

Meanwhile back in the Old Country . . .

Just had one of my comfort foods, jacket potato a la Delia, inside scooped out and mashed with cheese and butter and diced ham added. Then under the grill until browned and served with Mr Branston's nice brown sauce. (Do not buy HP!)

Delicious.

I nearly bought HP the other day, I'll try Branston's instead.
Just made a bread and butter pudding. Lovely, warming winter food. Also, a banana loaf. I'm in a baking kind of mood. It must be the weather, and the fact I have time off work and don't know what to do with myself. Or something.

:)

Cheese and Branston Pickle sandwich. Lovely. :)

What's wrong with HP?

You can't put a printer on your chips!

:) I love HP bit peppery, that baked spud sounds good so having that tomm'!

[thought it said ala dellas!]

Yes, I had many, many blood tests. I was stunned with the negative results, but who am I to doubt Mr NHS?
