Marcus Brigstocke - was he a writer first? I think he thought he could perform so luckily he appeared on TV. I have heard him on radio.

Are you having a pop at Marcus Brigstocke?
He's very funny IMO.
Giles Wemmbley Hogg (two MM's two GG's) is piss funny.
That is the thing I listened to about 'tofs' 'Bertie Wooster' style.
I don't care much for that style of 'Upper Class' parody.
What else has he done that is very funny?

This is very funny in my humble opinion...
I've never really taken to Brigstocke either, though not enough to put him in here. I think it's just his manner that turns me off, as opposed to his material.
He's the only decent thing ever on The Now Show!

Never listened to it.
Wise decision, it's AWFUL.
Punt and Dennis steal a living.
Justin Lee Collins.
Dear God...
I like Punt and Dennis and 'The Now show' always fresh and witty, yes Brigstocke does occasionally feature in it.
I think Mitch Benn does a lot of the comedy writing for the team, must look in BCG to check.
As far as Brigstocke's 'religion rant', not that funny, the usual targets 'fanatics'.

Marcus has been in Sorry, I've Got No Head... which is good.
He's also been in Love Actually and hosted The Late Edition which were... less so.
Are these programmes about 'royalty toff' stuff again on the wireless?
Had a quick listen in ages ago but was left seriously 'unchuffed'.
He's on Argumental too of course, but I hate that show.
Mainly due to John Sergeant (HE'S NOT FUNNY) & that Rufus Hound knobend.
Miles Jupp??
Jack Whitehall. That is all.
