Who says that, again?

One of Laura Solon's characters in Laura, Ben And Him.

Ohhhh. :)

I never replied with my report. I arrived with my girlfriend at 4ish and then we all got checked in and stood in a warm room for a long time, with hardly any seats and only the coloured disco lights on. When one of the production team was telling us what would happen, one woman fainted from the heat, which was quite a shock.

Anyway, we went in shortly afterwards, to the dress circle, and we were told to boo, hiss and cheer at certain points, for it was a panto theme, and Reece Shearsmith was dressed as the evil queen. We also saw a scene with Prince Charming trying to wake and kiss Snow White, but she didn't wake, and the curtains closed with us clapping half-heartedly (although some of the audience were a bit dense and seemed to clap three-quarters-heartedly). Apparently, Snow White had hit her head on the coffin and knocked herself out, or so we were told would be part of the episode.

Christopher Biggins was, sadly, not present, but a stand-in was used, and we applauded a curtain call. Then, lots of cub scouts were brought in to sit in our seats and smile, laugh, cheer, whatever. Again, they didn't quite get it, and they cheered too much. By 5.45, the filming had finished, Steve Pemberton thanked us all for coming, and we headed off.

So a bit of a drab experience really, but the description still makes me intrigued by what will be seen on screen.

Ooo! All soungs very intriguing. :)

Sounds mental. :)

So Reece was dressed up as a Queen the whole time?

Was Steve dressed up?

Was the Biggins stand-in fat?

Yes he was, no he wasn't at all, and no - the stand-in was the svelte producer, I believe.

:)

Innnnnnteresting...!
