It seems there is a conspiracy theory that he died a number of years ago and was kept on ice pending a Presidential election.
If so, why would Bush leave him for Obama to claim the credit?
If OBL was killed years ago, wouldn't the media have be alrted to to the huge shrine that they claim would appear at his place of burial?

While I get your point, isn't that exactly what journalists are supposed to do - present the news to us?
I'm personally pretty tired of gossip and opinions being mixed in and fed to us as "news". For a change, the official line is being reported, and most papers are avoiding rumours. It's quite refreshing, whether you believe it or not!

Not a BCG regular, but weirdly the World's most wanted man looks a lot like the World's least wanted man.
I just wonder what Al Jazeera's coverage would've been if Obama had been the the target, and how many conspiracy theories would have been entertained if the positions were reversed?
