Yeah, I'd noticed that, but it does seem a bit jarring jumping from someone's Mum dying to random light hearted stuff. I can undestand that people want to use this thread for the latter, it just seems slightly inappropriate having the two things shoe horned together to my mind.

But it's hard not to feel sorry for the poor shlubs cold calling people halfway across the world. They're probably paid half a potato a week and whipped with phone flex if they don't meet some ridiculous quota.
