I did worry that he was all alone (he always seemed to be having to admit that he was single) so hurrah!
I think he was better off on his own. She seems bossy and hard, like she'd constantly be criticising him. I bet she's already taken him to buy a whole new wardrobe and told him how much she hates his sketch show.
She's had to live with Giles Coren as a brother. I imagine she's pretty easy going.
