I got the job.
At my first real-job interview, which was done in a very ad-hoc manner without any pre-scheduling of the interview, the bossfella said "Can you really program in Atlas Assembler Language?" and I said "Yes! then he said (really) "Sign here before I pull this trigger!".

Sorry. Marine was supposed to get a lift from a mate in the RAF but they couldn't get the parts.
As part our interview process we include a tour of the buildings. The idea is that it puts candidates at ease, and you see a what they're like out of the interview where they will be giving prepared answers.
There was one person who relaxed so much, that when they were shown our 'chill-out' room, remarked that it would be a good place to smoke a doobie.
They didn't get the job.
Finally finished the damn form and it has been received the other end. I wonder how long it will take to be rejected?
