I had my first appraisal yesterday and it went very well. I rang my Granny to tell her and she asked who it was with... I said the MD and Head of Production. She replied... "oooh the big knobs"... I had to literally stop myself laughing out loud. I think she meant the big cheeses.

Little disappointed my Granny wasn't just saying the word knob.
