Favourite Farm Animal

What is your favourite 'traditional' farm animal?

For me it is hard to beat the sheep.

Apt at this time of year.

Cows.

Aww.

Is there anything else other than sheep or cows?

Or we talking cuteness or tastiness?

Why? Can't you reach?

I enjoy a good cow. Like zooo.

Or we talking cuteness or tastiness?

Well, lamb certainly meets both those requirements.

Okay. Chip has arrived. Just waiting for Sooty to show up...

The only farm animal that isn't completely filthy and disgusting is the horse. All the rest of them taste pretty good, however.

Does anyone here eat pork scratchings?

Oh yes. Or 'Pig Scabs' as they're delightfully-termed around here. Nothing goes better with a pint of Guiness than a packet of baked hairy porcine anus.

They don't sell very well in the U.S. but they're very popular amongst our Mexican brethren.

I saw of Lambing Live this week. Lambs are great.

>_<

We eat almost no lamb here. I just read that consumption in the U.S. is 0.3 kilos per person per year. I think I've only eaten it 4 or 5 times in my life.
