Or if you're following someone, they can see your Tweets even though they're protected?

Have you been putting #win100 before or after your tweet, Lee? because I don't think they have been appearing/entered on the #win100 page.

Yeah, I think it is because I was protecting my tweets. I used to do the #win100 thing ages ago and it worked fine. Will have to do a bit a RTing.
