I hear he also invented cancer.

No, but his picture ought to be in the dictionary next to the entry for "deficit."

The height of ambitious crime eh?

"A Conservative city council candidate has said he is "truly sorry" after lying during a radio phone-in about honesty in politics.

Mr Waterhouse said "As the joke goes, 'how can you tell a politician is lying? Because he moves his lips', as I am now." "

The Sport is a very seedy publication and the world is better off without it.

Having said that, Tony Livesey the editor of the Sport was on HIGNFY a couple of times and he seemed like a really funny bloke. (Unlike the original owner, David Sullivan, who was a horrible individual.)

And Tony Livesey never claimed the claimed the paper was anything but a joke which was a refreshing change from most of these sanctimonious tabloid editors who are such whores they even sound like they believe their publications have some merit and journalistic worth. I think livesey does a Fivelive show as well.

Well under the thin layer of bonhomie and cheekiness it was quite vile.

A nasty bit of porn designed to dodge age restrictions.

Mind you I saw a documentary on how it was made which was hilarious.

So Adams and McGuinness have stopped throwing their toys out of the pram and finally grown up.

If anyone knows how to do it, this has to be a caption competition !

Another earthquake and tsunami warning in Japan. Eep.
Apparently the tsunami will be much smaller this time, though.

I'm glad that Britain is so boringly safe. *touches wood*

Ha, yeah. I feel slightly guilty for having such a lovely calm, sunny day.
