Dead easy to do, but I think you have to crop the pictures before you (here comes the secret) import them to here(no time now but will try tonight if you can't do it):
Just bang the photo to photobucket (or wherever hosts your avatar pics etc), get the URL then uncheck 'cartoon effect' which seems to be the default. Check 'morphing' and pick your emotion. Then click share and get the URL to post on here. Sounds hard but isn't.
