Ew.
Uh oh. I will watch, but it better not ruin my memories of Double Dare.
Lol. Well at least he didn't carry on regardless.

Nice Two Ronnie's sort of thing here.

He's called Peter Simon and was famous for doimg kids shows back in the early 90s like Run The Risk. Anyway he's a shopping channel presenter now, which is embarrassing enough. But this moment captured a few days ago is a perfect example of accidental cringe-comedy. Oh. My. God. The humiliation.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUIbCYXGz04&feature=player_embedded#at=40
I remember he used to be the official Ronald McDonald in the UK. I also remember reading a story about how he used to boast about the number of McDonald's doughnuts he could fit on his erect cock. Unless I'm just having flashbacks to a bad dream I once had.

Do any of the '80s kids on here remember what he was most famous for doing, when he was on 'Going Live!'? It was a gimmick that started off as a genuine, funny mistake, but he ended up doing it almost every week, milking it, just to get laughs. Anyone?

Hmmmmmmmmmm.
I don't remember!
But I watched it every week.
I expect he fell over a lot in gunge?

Yeah, that was it. I remember, in the early days of the show, in '87/'88, he had a few genuinely hilarious slips on the gunge, but it was obvious that either he or the show's Director eventually came up with the idea of doing it almost every week, to keep getting laughs, because some of his falls started looking really fake after a while.
The sellout!
Oh well, better that than the McDonald's trick you mentioned...
