Sylvester McCoy. I may be alone there, but thats because everyone else is wrong.
Tennant can only do hammy anger and hyperactive 'wackiness'(during some irritating revelation that comes out of nowhere and saves the day).
As regards "what's the plural of Tardis" - I quite like 'Tardii'.
Oh and I thought the Weeping Angels one was very good as well. Who was it wrote by?
Moffat, I think. He writes most of the best ones.

You are of course entitled to an opinion. However wrong that opinion might be.
It's got to be William Hartnell - the first, the last .......
And maybe he will be again one day.

The Sylvester Doctor was morally wrong. Dr McCoy was in Star Trek anyway.

Last two series of the original run, McCoys second and third years as the doctor, are amongst the very best the show ever produced. The only real reason people have a go at him is because he was unfortunate enought to be the Doctor when the show was out of favour, over looked, unloved, at the nadir of its reputation and so cancelled. People said it was crap without watching because no one was interested anymore. And I loved what they were doing with the Doctor, making him darker, more mysterious and not so straight forward. Though I love the new series, I do whish they could beef up the darker side of the Doctors nature,it just makes him a more interesting character. I thought they were going to do that with Tennant, after the cold 'No second chances, thats the kind of man I am' line when he dispatched the Sycorax leader in the christmas special that introduced his Doctor; but apart from the odd little bit here and there, its not really been explored much. So Im bigging up McCoy, the dark Doctor!
I liked Tom Baker, Genesis of the Daleks was a cracking episode but your right McCoy was the Dr of my years and I asscociated the role with him.
Eccleson was a darker Doctor I thought he was brilliant, Tennant I lasted 3 epsiodes before he annoyed me so much I turned it off, oh well he'll prob get killed of next season and I'll start watching again.
I watched McCoy too when I was little. He was scary and totally unlikeable as a character, but still entertaining.
Eccleston I never particularly liked. But the fact that we knew it was going to be his only series before the first episode was ever even aired, can be blamed for the lack of any attachment to him. What would have been the point?
Stuuupid leaking of information.
Not that I think I would have taken to him anyway.
Yeah I can understand that, but comparison story wise to the "Tennant" Dr the Stories were better. I dont think it's tennants fault the writing and the tension jut doesnt seem to be there any more. For example "The empty Child" Was a belting episode there was an overall story arc. Although seeing the master come back was pretty cool lol
I think the Tennant stories have been mind blowing. Of course, he's had more of them than Eccleston.
The Girl in The Fireplace, Doomsday, Human Nature, Blink, and all the Master episodes were totally up with the best telly I've ever seen.
Girl in the fireplace was good forgot about that plus the woman was cuuuute. I didn't see Blink, and human nature was alright but dragged a bit for me. The season finale with the master was better then last years god awful dalek vs cybermen though
