I LOVE Cowboy BeBop!

And all Ghibli (excluding the Cagliostro ones and Porco Rosso) are just amazing.

And <3 Porco Rosso!

Awww but it's good Bamboooooo.

It's like watching someone ingesting weapons grade acid.

I haven't watched Panda Go Panda yet. I do own it though.

I think Cagliostro is the only Lupin III film by Ghibli. Porco Rosso is awesome, one of the best.

Akira is a bit of a mess way to much crunched into the run time. Impressive agreed, and exposed US mainstream market to Anime. So it's influential.

Unfashionable sentiment, but I much prefer Steamboy to Akira.

Have you seen Appleseed? It's a bit generic.

Fair description

OH! But a Great film "Girl who lept through time!

Ha for teenage girls! (Actually it is quite good.)

No-one has yet mentioned Metropolis, which is rather good.

Steam boy is visually really nice.

Wasn't huge fan of Metropolis. The Style never gelled with me.

Yes, I'm very keen on Steamboy. Quite keen on steampunk as a whole mind.

I do live Generic Manga Mashup 367

In which Hero an awkward young high school student discovers his shoes are actually an ancient 300 foot tall mecha, his dad is a comedy 6 foot squirrel and a suspiciously buxom school girl bends down a lot showing off her white panties.

This week he's got to win the school cross country or the PE Teacher Mr Tentacle Demon Cock will destroy Tokyo.

The Place Promised In Our Early Days is worth checking out just for the visual style.

This. I enjoyed the story but I'm not keen on the style.

Some of the character work in Metropolis isn't great, but there are some splendid visual set pieces.

I'l agree with you there.

Any fans of Elfen Lied (who are prepared to admit it)?

I love Death Note.
