I hate Valentine's Day. I just think it's a ridiculous commericial holiday. Why do you need to have a specific day when you show how you feel about someone, and why do you have to pay money to do it?

Suppose it depends on which library you go to - there isn't a library code that all libraries have to abide by. If not, can you just let your wife know that it's still on there? Obviously the sooner it can be paid off, the better." We allow up to £10.00 fines before we stop the public taking out books.
