It's common to see 70's or 80's nights, but I've not yet seen a 90's night. What fashion clichés characterise that decade?
'90s night
The fashions were pretty similar to now, weren't they? Some good music, though, with Pulp and Blur etc all at their pop peak.

Get a new wardrobe!
Parka's, shell suits, the peaked cap?, harem pants?.

Not at all, Thank god!
When I rewatch 90s TV shows, I'm always shocked at just how baggy and ill fitting the clothes are on the men.
Game on, mate.
Fortunately I exist above flibbertigibbet fashion.

Maybe if you're a goth.
The Pedant Police are in, I see! I meant that fashions don't seem as appreciably different as between now and the sixties, seventies and eighties, which do feel like a different universe.

I don't agree with you- current fashion lends a LOT from the 60s, 70s and 80s. It all depends who you are looking at.

Thank you, Chief Inspector.

Although at the time my mum balked at the price, I can still fit into my Spliffy t-shirt and wore it to work a few weeks ago.
I'm hoping at least one person on this forum remembers this particular figure.

Chip won't give up his Fair Isle sweater, cavalry twill slacks, Argyle socks and nice pair of brogues for anyone.
Does anyone remember the short-lived Easy-listening craze, from the mid-'90s? It was started by Mike Flowers, who actually lived quite close to me.
