What would be the opportunity they missed??
I definitely enjoyed it.

I found Inception a bit boring. I stopped an hour from the end to go to bed. And then I've never bothered to watch the end.

I really liked it
But I thought the idea itself was more brilliant than the film
For me it could have been better.
It was very good but could have been a real classic

I think I was just expecting something else. Not sure what.
The trailers made it look more actiony I suppose.
I knew nothing about it before I watched. Didn't even know it was about dreams.

Prezzunctly
It could have been such a good cerebral movie but it had to be a bit Hollywood as well
I liked that they all had secret objects they could hold to tell if they were in a dream or not.
The rest of the part I saw was a bit meh.
Quote: zooo @ February 13 2011, 12:12 AM GMTTwo similar films came out at the same time. The Illusionist with Ed Norton and another one with... Christian Bale?
Bale was very good in The Fighter. I liked the movie a lot more than I'd expected to.
I fancy seeing that one

I enjoyed it a lot, and it makes a nice companion piece to The Prestige. Plus any film that stars Paul Giamatti is worth a gander.
' The Girl With a Pearl Earing,' What a joy, every scene a perfect' Vermeer' painting. Slow langerous study of expression., what emotion next?. Very true to the book, perfectley displays the secret longings and desires of the era. I recommend, totally enthralling!.
All Star Superman.
Ok.....

It's a cracking film, the sisters were great I was astonished that the Gatti angle didn't feature though.
