Meryl Streep as Thatcher

I have to admit I was a little young, but my parents were all about Reagan and I kind of thought off her as the British Reagan (I was young).

Oops! Searched wrongly! I see there's already a thread. :(

Reagan was one of the few leaders who admired her along with Pinochet and PW Botha.
I'm sure Meryl Streep will be very good but I would rather stick hot pokers in my eyes than watch a film about Thatcher.

Not forgetting Tony Blair, of course...

I'd hate to only watch films about people I admire. For a start I'd have to throw out all my Scorcese movies.

I'll happily watch it. And Jim Broadbent should be good value as Dennis.
