Good Scottish classic comedians and comedy actors Page 2

I like Richard Wilson too, 'cos he was in One Foot In The Grave. I also liked his character in Only When I Laugh. He was so funny saying "Figis"!

It's rude to call yourself racist?

I think it's rude to poorly punctuate your sentences. :P

Jimmy Logan is greatly revered in Scotland, and Glasgow in particular. A fine comedy actor and comedian, he's barely known outside of Scotland but did play Bert the randy Scot chasing Barbara Windsor in Carry On Abroad if you need a memory jog.

Dont see enough of the Scots on TV comedies, but Fultan McKay and Billy Connolly come to mind, Ewan McGregor and all of the cast of Trainspotting though they weren't necessarily comedy actors

Haven't watched it yet but the third programme credits Chick Murray. I'll report back.

It's a lovely little collection.

His DVD is brilliant. Plus he's so young - like he's in his early 20s I think - but yet he has such good comedy timing. It's his first DVD and it's amazing to see him have the crowd in tears.
