Are you an Arsenal Fan Tim?
Edit
That wasn't meant as an insult.
I just couldn't remember what team you supported.

I am. Born and bred! (Well, my Mum and Dad were. Although they actually grew up in Tottenham. I did live in Harrow until I was 5, that must count for something? Point is I went to my first match at Highbury when I was little. Jesus, do I have to justify everything on here!? Leave me alone, I don't want to play your games anymore! )
EDIT: Please ignore the typo above. The reply I meant to post simply said "Yes".
As A Liverpool Fan they ruined my 18th Birthday with that Michael Thomas goal.
They were boring back then, I kinda like them these days, & I never thought I would.
Well I prefer them to Chelsea or Man U anyway.

I know this is wrong but it somehow still feels like the right thing to do...

(Our style of football may have changed, but don't worry, us fans haven't. )
I closed it before it upset me again.
A friend I used to work with had an idea for a book, I'm pretty sure it got published.
I think it was called it's up for grabs now & was a list of experiences from the day.
Not a bad idea. Course, the movie (and to a somewhat lesser extent, the book) Fever Pitch has pretty much become the standard cultural text in relation to that (to me anyway) incredible evening.
Fulham are three nil up against ten man Spurs after twenty five minutes. This can only end in tears for us...
Sorry.

Ah, Man United at home to the weakest team in the competition. I'm pleased for the Crawley fans and players but the cup needs the underdog to be home really. Leyton Orient v Arsenal the tie of the round for me.
I also notice that all the big boys apart from Leyton Orient will be at home so it looks like an all-Prem quarter-final line up.

It was when it went 4-0 I thought we might get a draw out of it.
I'm a Fulham fan bigfella. Just a lifetime's support has taught me to expect the worse.
Come on the O's
I'm talking about Leyton Orient by the way.
And not giving an instruction to a Perverted Cockney Fireman.
According to Man United's 1999-2000 season review on Wikipedia, you'd think the FA Cup as a competition simply didn't take place that year.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1999%E2%80%932000_Manchester_United_F.C._season
With the furore surrounding their non-participation at the time you'd think it warranted an acknowledgement of some description.
That year was a good example of what football is about these days.
Breaking transfer news!
Man Utd manager Alex Fegurson has issued a hands off warning and insisted Howard Webb is not for sale. Also, the Torres to Chelsea deal breaks down after John Terry fails to agree terms with Torres's wife.
Chelesa bid £48 million for a player.
At the same time they release their annual results. An operating loss of over £60million.
Sheer blind stupidity.
