Chinese Tofu Pigeon.
Oh. Okay.
Some people call it "The Flying Bean-curd".
I'm eating some sort of North African curry I made. It's aubergines, tomatoes, chicken, courgette, chickpeas and some spices. It's pretty good!
Sounds good. What makes it North African?

The ingredients really. They like their courgettes, aubergines and chickpeas.
Ah, Moroccan?
Yeah, that neck of the woods. I might explore some more of their cuisine. This was exceptionally healthy.

I do like the odd chickpea or two. Eat them plain or cook them wrong they're not that nice but get it right and they are tasty, especially in curried foods.
I think you're supposed to cook them for no more than five minutes otherwise you, and possibly your pets, may impair their taste.
We try to buy the dried ones in bulk, so you have to soak them overnight. Sometimes though I wonder if they didn't hydrate enough.
