ARGHHHHHHHHH!! There's a weeping angel!!!!!! :(

I'd only just got over it.

I love Classic Who, and hate New Who. The Sonic Screwdriver can do anything. I also hate the companions wanting to pounce on the Doctor. John Simm's Master was just a joke.
Classic also had stories that took time to develop characters.

You're a fine man, Charlie Boy! A fine man boy indeed!

I got the Robot DVD at Christmas. Hadn't seen it since it was first out on VHS. Great start to Tom Baker's tenure.

Yep, if their was one thing classic Who was renound for, it was it's character development. :|

The War Machines? Out of all the classic Who stories, you're going to single out The War Machines?!

Not to speak for Ellie (but I will anyway) I don't think she's too interested in old Who.
:)

Its a decent Hartnell story, considering the effort the actor put in to working nearly 50 weeks a year.
What would you suggest?

She needs to see what good Doctor Who is!

:) So who are your top three Doctors?

Huxtable

Sure, it's okay, but there's much better in the old stuff. Here are a couple off the top of my head that you haven't mentioned:
Spearhead From Space
Ghost Light
Horror Of Fang Rock
Tomb Of The Cybermen

There's a couple, all better than War Machines, in my worthless view, anyway.

(The rest you mention are great though, I agree)

Ghostlight???

How the hell can you pick that drivel?
