It's just server side php. Yeh esssentially just a blog thing. But you can sell themes etc. I was curious. Looks like a bastardised version of html so making them will be easy.

I want a nice program/site which allows me to build a pretty site with tools, not script. I forgot HTML and do not want to relearn it.

It's code wise messy but it's easy to use.
